01. What are the opening times of KVT-Fastening GmbH Illerrieden?

Monday - Friday: 07:30 - 17:00 o'clock; 
Friday: 07:30 - 12:00 o'clock

02. Does KVT-Fastening have an annual holiday?

Yes, but only between Christmas and the New Year. 

03. What charges does KVT-Fastening make for postage and packing?

As a guide, postage charges are about EUR 4.50. For packing suitable for transport, an additional charge of about EUR 3.00 is made. 
Please note that according to the weight of the consignment, postage and packing charges may be higher. 

04. How are orders delivered?

Up to a total weight of 80kg and depending on the number of packages you receive your order will be sent with the GLS parcel service. 

05. How long does it take till I receive an ordered article?

In general, your order will be shipped within 24 hours (if the items is on stock). 

06. Is there any minimum ordering-volume?

Upon dropping below a minimum net value of EUR 100,- we charge a handling expense of EUR 15, -. This does not apply to our E-Shop. 

07. Do you have sales representatives? Who is available or responsible for me?
